Vasha Carter is a Florida licensed real estate agent and has been actively involved in many facets of the real estate industry in the Jacksonville market. Her history of involvement in the commercial real estate industry began while gaining valuable experience working directly under a top 30 power broker. She also gained valuable knowledge while managing a large commercial real estate portfolio. Vasha was in charge of marketing, construction management, support staff and property management. She then expanded her reach and started working with clients as their representative for the purchase, sale and lease of commercial real estate. This background of hands-on experience and knowledge along with an impressive list of clients she’s represented over the years, makes her one of the more knowledgeable and capable agents in the Jacksonville market.

In addition to working with retail, office and industrial Landlord’s, Vasha has represented a wide variety of businesses in their pursuit to lease space.
