ABOUT STEVE:

Steve Terwilliger is the founding member of the original SVR Realty that was started in Cortland, NY in 1991. Steve is a Hornell, NY native and earned his high school diploma from Arkport Central School. After high school Steve attended SUNY Cortland where he became a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Steve has extensive experience in real estate, business owning, and property development. He is the owner of multiple companies in various real estate endeavors. He has played a part in the development of many real estate subdivisions, building projects, and apartment projects. Steve owns multiple rental properties all over Central New York where he is the managing partner. Steve is also the principal broker of 4 different SVR Realty offices in Upstate New York.

Along with his extensive real estate knowledge he is associated with multiple organizations including: National Home Builders Association, New York State Home Builders Association, Tompkins-Cortland Home Builders Association, and the Central New York Home Builders Association. He is currently a member of Greater Rochester Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, Western Steuben-Allegany Board of Realtors, Corning-Elmira Board of Realtors, Cortland County Board of Realtors, Ithaca Board of Realtors, and New York State Alliance of Realtors, Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse.

In his free time Steve enjoys time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
