ABOUT Stephen:

Stephen Covington began his financial career in 2013 at Fidelity Investments as a stockbroker and later moved to Merrill Edge.  During this period he became interested in commercial real estate and in 2016, became self-employed providing marketing services for commercial real estate brokers. In 2022, he became licensed as a Sales Agent in Florida.

Mr. Covington is now an agent with SVR Commercial LLC and works with both buyers and sellers across all asset classes, but specifically in office and light industrial.
