Mario is an Experienced Finance Professional with demonstrated successes leading real estate investment projects including sourcing, market analysis, contract management, project management, and property resale. Mario has leveraged strong relationships with investors in South America to structure complex, multi-million-dollar deals and deliver higher than average investment returns. As Real Estate Investor and Licensed Realtor, Mario bought, renovated, listed and sold 50+ single-family homes since 2019 in Jacksonville, Florida. During 2022, he started to transition to the Commercial Real Estate with concentration in Multifamily deals, interacting with  investment groups in this investment class.
