Mrs. Sievert also has strong ties with multiple high-end investment corporations providing upscale hotels, senior living facilities, quality 1031 DST exchange opportunities, and multifamily properties nationwide. Mrs. Sievert has been with SVR Commercial LLC for four years. In that time, she has handled multiple multi-million dollar purchases and sales including an $11M mobile home park, a shopping plaza which is now Goodwill’s new headquarters, and a 47,000sf shopping center. In-between sales, she provides landlord and tenant representation throughout Jacksonville and is the sole landlord representative to a nationwide company.
