ABOUT Kait:

Kait grew up in small town in Upstate New York She attended SUNY Cortland and earned her BA in Communications Public Relations & Advertising. While in college she interned for the local radio station and earned an Outstanding Achievement Award for Media Writing. Shortly after graduation she moved to Jacksonville, FL where she was the local social media manager & coach for a nationally recognized soccer program. She found her passion for Real Estate in Jacksonville while marketing for a local boutique brokerage. Kait joined SVR in 2021 and plays a role in SVR Florida, SVR NY, SVR Asset Group, SVR Commercial, and SV Student Rentals.

In her free time, Kait owns a Holistic Health Coaching business and can be found travelling the country on the weekends with her husband training professional motocross athletes.
